Sin is all around you in the workplace. When you want to do good at work, evil is right there with you. It may manifest itself as a thought, an action, or a person. It is present in large corporations, small mom-and-pops, and sole-proprietorships. Charitable, and even religious institutions, fall prey to it. Sin is present in the people you work with, and it is present in you.
Transgressions at work can wreak havoc on your career, the company you work for, and your personal life. Scandal, corruption, fraud, violence, harassment… today’s workplaces are rampant with them. Lives are destroyed on a daily basis, because of sin in the workplace.
